Great community best kept secret in brick most affordable and safe close to stores and beach The clubhouse offers bingo, movies , pool table. And different get together Bob the president goes above and beyond to keep the community safe , secure clean and well maintained!
The staff is horrible!!! The lady Peggy in the office has the mouth of a truck drive. They are not meant to run a senior development as they have not compassion for the elderly. Think twice before purchasing here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mother owned a unit here..very nice low cost housing for seniors..well updated now..wish they made for younger folk..office staff could be more pleasant...
