My family and I did a mini family/newborn session at Laurel's beautiful studio in Martinez. I was so grateful for how friendly she was and how fun she made the session for my 4-year old. She also knew exactly how to keep our 1-month old happy so that she could get sweet shots of her and all of us. Laurel is the absolute best photographer. We call her the child whisperer when it comes to photos because she knows how to get kids to smile for photos. We’ve been having her take our family photos for 10 years.

We have used Laurel for 5 shoots and have loved all of them. We’ve done in studio (which is absolutely lovely), out in open space, and even the yard! She puts our daughter right at ease and gets smiles all the time. I always use her wardrobe and have even pulled from the closet for my daughter as well. Makes it so so easy.
