She did not respond to my initial text for a request for a phone call the next morning so I had to reach out again the next evening to follow up. After chatting on the phone she said she'd send an email later that day outlining what we discussed and I had to follow up on that as well. On the morning of our appointment she cancelled 2 minutes before our appointment, claiming she was so sick all weekend and forgot we had an appointment. Not very reliable or professional in my opinion.
