Thanks to someone for finally speaking up about this. It's sad as parents when we don't feel empowered to speak up about what's actually going on inside childcare centers. So we can keep other parents away from experiencing this nightmare. I've had friends and family members that have told me about the nightmare staffing challenges at this center. The Laurel KB staff is overall great - this 1-star review is a reflection of corporate mismanagement. The local center has been dealing with staffing issues for months, and despite raising the issue to corporate leaders Andrea Osman and Steve Horst, the company has provided insufficient support to the local center, which has resulted in regular closures and delayed openings of classrooms. We visited several daycares before deciding on Laurel Knowledge Beginnings, and it was absolutely the best decision. After getting on the waitlist, our little one began at 4 months old, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The directors, Mr. Ryan and Ms. Caliegh, along with all the teachers, especially Ms. Kita, have been fantastic. They have always taken my concerns seriously, and I am extremely particular when it comes to my children's well-being.
