Our mother was looking to move to an assisted living residence, our first stop was Laurel Heights. We then visited another several locations in Edmonton, needless to say she chose Laurel Heights for her new home. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sheryn at Laurel Heights, and I can not express how grateful I am for the experience. I was under a great deal of stress trying to understand the different levels of care offered by AHS, and the terminology was overwhelming. Despite reaching out at 9:15 p.m., Sheryn took the time—over an hour—to patiently walk me through the entire process.
