This was my first visit to Laurel Cyclery. My bike is quite old and the repairs needed were minimal. In addition, I needed a new bike rack. Carlos helped me with the purchase. When I needed assistance with proper installation of the rack and went back Jason demonstrated the proper way to install it. I will be returning.
