I ordered a custom piece from Laurel Crown Furniture and had a very disappointing experience. After weeks of slow responses, I finally received an invoice that was missing measurements I had specifically requested and had already been agreed to. I ordered a cocktail table from this firm in mid-January and as of this date (6/13) have not received it. The firms representative I have been dealing with first indicated that delivery would be in April, then May, and now today, but FedEx advised me this morning that they just received it, and cannot deliver before Monday (curbside delivery only--you're responsible for getting it inside your home). These guys are one-of-a-kind, and unbelievably good. We have a Victorian home, and if you’ve ever tried to shop for Aesthetic Movement/Eastlake furniture, you know just how impossible it is. Enter Laurel Crown. We placed our first order with them to outfit our parlor using stock items from their website. A sofa, occasional tables, 4 upholstered chairs, plant stands etc. We were very pleased with all of it. The men’s valet is beautiful. Wood and finish are awesome. A quality purchase for sure. Love it. Customer service was terrific after contacting them about a communication problem. All ends up very well.
