There were only a few staff members that actually cared and tended to patients with a good bedside manner. When dealing with the elderly, the staff must have patience, some at the Laurel Center were rude and ignorant to residents which I personally witnessed. If there's one piece of advice I can give to someone that is considering placing a loved one here that would be VISIT and VISIT often.
