I was impressed by the staff, who were polite and helpful.
clean good therapy center no odor
There were only a few staff members that actually cared and tended to patients with a good bedside manner. When dealing with the elderly, the staff must have patience, some at the Laurel Center were rude and ignorant to residents which I personally witnessed. If there's one piece of advice I can give to someone that is considering placing a loved one here that would be VISIT and VISIT often. By visiting often it shows the staff that you are present and notice things. Our biggest complaint was the food. EVERYTIME my mom recei... read more
