Added here about 3weeks later and now Im adding to my first impression. My brother, a resident here, has passed. On behalf of my sisters Elaine, Donata,and myself I want to thank the entire staff who assisted and cared for my brother in his last few difficult days. They did everything we asked and everything possible to help and keep my brother comfortable. Care was very good. Heidi, nurse and Jen A.the CNA From evening shift were excellent. They were both exceptional nice and helpful always asking if there was anything they could do for us. Nothing was ever too much for them to do and it was always done with a smile. The last night we were told that we would be missed. That really left a wonderful impression with us. We will miss them both

This rehab place wasn't what I was expecting @ first. The staff could do better in communicating among themselves and with the patients, especially when they change a medication. The majority of the staff were great to deal with and were pleasant when they came into the room, but some were downright rude. When I got my meals, I lots of times didn't get everything listed on my slip or it was something entirely different. Overall, I commend the staff for doing their jobs, as difficult as it is.
