I frequently visit for a browse. Always tempted to make purchases because there is such a variety of gifts, fashion, cuisine, and decor items. About 8 months ago, I left my name & number for Borsari rosemary. I'm obsessed with Borsari (if you haven't tried, you absolutely must!). I received a call that it was in. Due to the ice storm and life and that I live 30 minutes away, I didn't make it in to purchase for a few weeks. It was still there waiting for me! Talk about great customer service! Thank you
