From the moment we entered Laura’s we knew we would have a great experience! We were greeted by Karen who was very helpful and patient with our search for the right outdoor furniture. Other stores we shopped didn’t have the selection, service or professionalism. Our furniture was delivered timely and professionally. Afterwards, we noticed two chairs were scratched - I called the store and after emailing pictures, without any issues the chairs were promptly replaced. Laura’s Home & Patio is wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with my outdoor dining table and chairs. From start to finish, the experience was great. The quality is outstanding-very heavy, sturdy, and well made. This furniture is definitely built to last. Customer service was excellent as well! I highly recommend Laura’s.
