A hugely positive experience and I was supported every step of the way. I found Laura to be very professional but also extremely personable. She has a wealth of knowledge which she drew on to support me in many different ways, often - I felt - going above and beyond. I have no regrets regarding my time with her and would strongly recommend Laura Williams CBT.
I began therapy with Laura a few months ago. Within one or two sessions I could feel my mindset changing. I’ve got a long way to go but Laura’s knowledge is second to none. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I felt so comfortable within minutes of speaking on the phone. I have told many of my friends how incredible Laura is and cannot recommend her highly enough.
