She told me my shoulder subluxations were normal for women. Joke’s on her, a recent MRI showed that my shoulders are literally deformed from how often they’ve dislocated over the years. BOTH shoulders. Not something that happens to a “normal nonhypermobile person”. It also proves that I wasn’t imagining that my other joints were subluxing. Reviews are true. I'd advise staying away from this provider. -Things I mentioned, were not written down on the form. -Rushed the scale. -denied more than half the scale that I meet. -Told me easy tearing was skin falling off the bone? -denied dental issues when I have Years of proof & pictures -Family history denied due to not being DX but they'd meet the criteria! - Denied super soft skin when I have been told my whole life how I have ridiculously soft velvety skin. -denied the mild skin stretch, when my skin is stretchy! ... read more

Reviews are true. I'd advise staying away from this provider. Things I mentioned, were not written down on the form & the flexibility was not pointed when should've been. (Highly noticeable) Which then led to no DX, then leads to no treatment/help. 4 hour drive wasted..

Thought I was going to see a geneticist for testing but ended up seeing a nurse practitioner who told me there was no point despite already having been diagnosed with the things she was saying I didn't have. So didn't get any testing done and wasted an entire day and 5 hours of gas since we drove from out of state..
