I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Katie Absher! Katie is extremely knowledgeable and after a few sessions has helped me tremendously to relieve pain.
Katie is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She has an intuitive sense for finding the spots that need attention, and she strikes the perfect balance between therapeutic and relaxing. Every session feels tailored to what my body actually needs, not just a routine. She’s professional, warm, and clearly knows her craft inside and out. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and more grounded. Can’t recommend her enough!
Katie is amazing! I am an athlete and have been looking for a masseuse that could identify my trouble spots and address them. After multiple attempts to find a masseuse that understands body mechanics and has the strength to loosen up my muscles, I found the one! Katie is very welcoming, her studio is very calm and relaxing and she is very kind and unassuming. After 15 minutes on the table, I knew I would make an appt to come back in two weeks.
