Katie is amazing! I am an athlete and have been looking for a masseuse that could identify my trouble spots and address them. After multiple attempts to find a masseuse that understands body mechanics and has the strength to loosen up my muscles, I found the one! Katie is very welcoming, her studio is very calm and relaxing and she is very kind and unassuming. After 15 minutes on the table, I knew I would make an appt to come back in two weeks.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Body Mechanics Therapeutic Massage with Katie Absher! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Katie was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. Her technique was effective and provided the perfect amount of deep tissue work. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning!
5 stars are not enough for Katie!! Love her! I started seeing Katie a couple months ago. I had just been diagnosed with Lyme disease and long COVID. I have two partially frozen shoulders and a lot of knee and hip pain. She has helped me so much with massage and cupping. Katie is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I do a lot of running and have had massages from lots of good massage therapist and Katie takes the cake. She is very polite, professional, and overall good at her job. She checks in with you throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is good. She really listens to what your needs and wants are gets those stubborn places feeling much better. I can’t recommend her enough!! Five stars for the business and ten stars for Katie.
