This attorney was appointed to my divorce/ custody case as the GAL. Not only did she NOT do a full investigation/ interviews, she FAILED to present to the court the violent felon my child was living in the same home with at his mother's. She has charged me for time that she cannot provide an itemized statement for. She is not there for the best interest of the child or children.
Laura Peterman was a Guardian Ad Litem in my custody case. Initially we butted heads, but Laura earned my respect during trials. Excellent Attorney and a problem solver that can grasp the situation / root cause immediately therefore apply appropriate solution. Problem with my case is that the Mother is narcissistic alienating sociopath that DO NOT follow / respect court orders - What can you do with a person that don't follow court order (civil)? Hired her to work with a woman. Never spoke to her after initial meeting, only men which is exactly what I didn't want. Got charged for a ton of time correcting their own errors on paperwork. They would misspell things, put flat out writing info (like a totally different car, instead of what I wrote down. It was a mess. An expensive mess. and when I said something about it, they were like, eh🤷♀️ whatever. DO NOT RECOMMEND
LAURA GOT ME MY VISITATION RIGHTS TO MY SON... I GET TO CLAIM HIM ON MY TAXES UNTIL HES 18 YEARS OLD AMD HELP ME GET A CPO ON MY EX FOR 5 YEARS WHICH IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF FOR A MAN TO GET IN THE STATE OF OHIO.... THANK YOU LAURA
