Having Laura capture a day in our lives was a dream come true. I have always wanted fly on the wall photos of our real authentic selves doing the things we do most. Laura was able to capture the beauty in the mundane. She has an eye for light even in small dark apartments like ours. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Laura this past winter for family photos. She made everyone feel at ease and was so patient when my six year-old was being silly because he felt a little nervous. We are a newly blended family, so marking this special time was very important to us. She is talented with use of finding light, both in our home and outside on a grey Seattle day.
