A very well ran machine. The team was very communicative, and worked quickly to address every issue that came up. They were courteous and professional.
Laura did a GREAT job for us and successfully completed a mortgage for our son who was a first time homebuyer. The process took a couple of months to resolve qualifying issues and inspection details, but Laura assisted us every step of the way and was always available to explain what to expect. I highly recommend Laura and her team.
We had appointment set up .Friday 11am me and husband took off because it was only appointment to go over our finances . Waited all morning for a call . No call . So I text them and said we are ready for the conference . Still no text email or zoom call . About an hour later .I asked what is going on.
