While pleasant to work with at the time i would go elsewhere if i could turn back time. We opted to pay the two additional hours because Brittany & the second photographer only had one car so we were worried about the "getting ready" shots on both sides and if there would be enough time. In the future, this should not be on clients to need to pay for additional hours because you don't have adequate transportation. I have a SINGLE image of my wife and I that was not posed. Horrible experience with our Santa images, she got maybe 2 that were decent. We paid the full price, so unorganized, photographer was drinking. So unprofessional. Then began gambling at the slot machines. Very sloppy, and disturbing especially with children. Santa was amazing, set up was beautiful. Really need to be more professional, and keep your self together better. You also favored a lot of kids over strangers which did not sit well with me. BEWARE: The experience with my daughter’s wedding photographer was far from satisfactory. The overall quality and experience were disappointing. Our photos were delivered late, causing unnecessary stress and disappointment. When we finally received them, many were off-center, lacking the professional touch we anticipated. We have been having Brittany take our family photos for a few sessions now, from maternity to just past a year. She has always been flexible with timing and options. She puts our little one at ease quickly and elicits lots of smiles and silliness in no time. I appreciate her patience and the ability to make us all feel at ease since none of us are professional models. She captures it all so well. We have loved our photos and I highly recommend Laura Jane Photography.
