Where do I start? This accountant came strongly recommended, but is completely lost due to complete and total incompetence and lack of communication. We submitted our tax information on time and it wasn't filed on time. We payed for her "representation" and the money was taken twice. I had to talk to Laura personally to get my money back. Kathy, the receptionist, was unresponsive and when I questioned her unresponsiveness she accused me of yelling at her. I have had my taxes prepared here since 2016 and have never been treated so unprofessionally and been “scolded” for not turning them in until the deadline. But due to COVID there were just several forms I could not obtain. Due to their general unresponsiveness and unprofessional receptionist I will not be doing business with this company next year.
