Laura was awesome - very skilled in the art massage therapy and yoga. I received a great massage treatment that addressed the aches and pains in my low back, neck, and forearms. A private yoga class with Laura early in the morning on Miacomet beach is the best memory of my visit to Nantucket. Thank you, Laura. I'll be back!
I surprised my hosts today with a private yoga session with Laura and we had a blast. There were four adults and 6 children (coming and going) and it was a hour of great stretching, yoga practice and peaceful mind exercises. Laura was on time, professional and very confident in her teachings. All four of us loved it - and 2 were new to yoga and 2 were with years of experience.
