i had met laura many years ago thru matt who runs kinected pilates studio. she is the real deal and her advice and knowledge is amazing , she does not judge she listens and i would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of nutritional advice, and just any weight loss advice etc. she really cares about her patients which is so important and needed when one needs more help at their time of need.

I have participated in meal group over the past couple of weeks and it has been incredible. Not only were the restaurants excellent, but the other group members, dietician and community support was amazing as well. I met the most wonderful people and it was truly the highlight of my week!
