I worked with Laura years ago, and she has had a lasting positive impact on my life. Her knowledge of how the body works and moves is incredible, and she knows how to explain things in language that is understandable and actionable. Her ability to find the right movements/exercises for given issues is magical. I still use things she taught me, and I will always be grateful to have had her in my life.
