Top notch service. She is so good. From start to finish she was great at communicating, setting expectations, and problem solving. She truly cares and she showed it every step of the way. We are really thankful Laura is who we ended up working with and if she's who you work with I'm sure you'll feel the same way.
Worst Finance Institution I've ever done business with. I paid my loan off at least 6 weeks ago and I still don't have my escrow refund check. Been getting the run around and being lied to.
