Bad service from manager .store Change policy of return and don’t update customer .She said that is their responsibility to read the return policy every time shop there
Be wary of purchasing from this location if you need a reliable gift receipt. My mother made a $150 purchase of clothes and requested a gift receipt. All the clothes were returned using the gift receipt and according to the gift receipt the value to be refunded was $80. Does the store take a $70 restocking fee? What kind of scam is this?
Went to Laura to find a dress and had an incredibly lovely woman, Sarah, help me out. She helped me pick out some dresses to try on and some accessories to try on with it. I fell in love with the first dress and she made me feel like a princess. As someone who hates shopping and trying things on, the process was so easy and it made me feel amazing. Sarah (not sure of spelling) is an awesome woman and really made my whole experience better. Thank you to her and highly recommend going here!
