I was in and out quickly with the one thing I went in for with the help of an associate. When I need to go for general shopping as all the fall clothes come out though, it is very inconvenient that there are no shopping carts or a chair somewhere. I am a senior and use a cane so @briwsing” can be very tiring. I’m sure they used to have at least one cart in that store.
I love Laura for the quality of the clothes. I really like that this location has a large sale section. I think the layout could use some adjusting.
I received assistance over and above expectations to locate a specific outfit for a wedding at a different location in Ontario.

I had an upsetting experience today at the Melanie Lyne store on Merivale. It was an emergency—I urgently needed to use the washroom, and as many women can understand, situations like this can be very stressful. I saw Melanie Lyne and rushed inside. I approached a sales representative and politely asked if I could use the washroom. She kindly said yes and showed me the way.
