They are great on basic heavy and light weight sheets BUT awful on special items. Baldev is the manager and will not accept criticism that he was wrong in a decision. I took special items to him and he looked it over and said he could wash it BUT it came out wrong. It was shrunk and out of shape and Beldev said it was MY fault. I ate $200 for his mistake.
