When you call, they answer super casually, you do not know if you're calling a business or not. He said his name was VON, very vague and short, did not provide any friendly information about homes. Surprised, since all I see is good comments, this was my experience.
This company is truly one of a kind. The agent I am working with is responsive, detail-oriented, and most importantly, he works with a sense of urgency. We are currently in escrow, near our closing, and he has made the process seamless for us. I would give them 10 stars if I could. True professionals!
