Initially started off OK with Joe. However, response time slowed down and despite my fiancé and I going through the motions of completing all of the paperwork and requesting a meeting, Joe didn’t even have the decency to respond or decline service… just completely ignored us. We’re first home buyers and new to brokers, perhaps find another broker if you’re a FHB as it was a waste of our time when we’re extremely time poor this year.
