They have the best general manager
New place! Pretty cool! Kids had lots of fun.. the nachos were really good and loved the price of the nachos. We went to attend a birthday party.. there was 3 host… 2 of them were really nice while one of them (short, curly hair girl with a nose ring) was not very friendly and her remarks/comments were not needed! If she doesn’t like the noise the kids are making maybe start looking for another job that doesn’t have kids around! I did let Mr. Richard (manager) know.
We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party at Launch West Houston and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had a HUGE party with around 60 kids plus a lot of parents, family, and friends, and the Launch team handled everything incredibly well. From the very beginning, Kate, the manager, was amazing to work with.
