Half of the things offered were not available. Gnats everywhere, crawling all over us the whole time we were there. Very expensive, especially the arcade games. The 50 points offered only gets you like 4 games. Kid of someone who works there was running around unsupervised tormenting the other kids. No wonder the place was a ghost town on a friday.

Didn't have some of the attractions that I paid for online and showed up was told they can't refund me even though they didnt have what I paid for and I didnt use any of the attractions there. Was then told by the manager that I can either play the attractions they have or they will have me removed by mall security. How frustrating and embarrassing. I will be contacting the pinellas county office of consumer protection.

Our kids love this place. It’s such an easy option for our Sunday afternoons. Brianna always makes us feel welcome! Great food and drink options at the bar!
