We had a good time. We have been to the Howard Beach location and decided to try the Bay Ridge one. The BR one has a few more fun things to do which I liked. It was clean and the staff was just fine. Food takes a little bit but it was worth it. The server was super nice and polite. Overall I would go again. It helps that it was a bit slow that morning so the boys didn’t have to wait for anything. Don’t waste your time on the claw machines though! Always a rip off! Play the racing games instead.
BIRTHDAY PARTY REVIEW: We had our child's birthday party in January. We booked in December and got an incredible deal. They called us twice before the party - once when we booked and another a week before. We had tons of questions and they were great answering them. We had the first party of the morning. The place was relatively calm and they had a separate line for our guests to check in. We had one dedicated host who was awesome. Where do I start the cashier where amazing customer service on point managers were everywhere helping staff polite and caring wanting to help food 10/10 quick hot and fresh place clean and well organized!!! ILL BE BACK SEE YA REAL SOON!!!!
