WARNING TO PARENTS OF CHILDREN WHO ELOPE- There is a back hallway tucked into the left corner of the building that has an emergency exit at the end of it - that is NOT locked nor does it have an alarm. My son was jumping in the corner, i was standing in front of the stairs where i could clearly see the NORMAL EXIT, I turned my head to look at it and looked back to him and he was gone! Wonderful birthday experience for my son's 5th birthday party. Genesis was very helpful as our host! Many families complimented on the experience before leaving. Would highly recommend!
I had a really great experience here for my daughter’s birthday. She’s 4 and she’s been asking for a playground jump park for a while. I decided to take her here and it’s been nonstop fun and perfect for her age. Daniela was super helpful explaining how everything worked and made me feel really comfortable being there. Im glad I came here and I definitely plan to bring her here again soon
Launch was the best bday experience ever! I was so frazzled in my regular life and had no time to prep anything. Hunter at Launch took care of it all!!! Allowing me to enjoy the day and savor the memories.
