I’ve been wanting to leave this review for a while and kept forgetting, so here it goes. The first time I went to Launch with my daughter (Sept./Oct. 2025), I really liked it. Everything was functional, clean, organized, fully staffed, and the staff were friendly. Most importantly, my daughter enjoyed herself. I liked it so much that I even considered celebrating my daughter’s 10th birthday there. Toddler time advertised on the website and on their door for 9-10:30am. I booked a ticket and turned up, waited 15 minutes then was told they don’t open until 10am and are unable to give me a refund. Disappointing because it’s a great place and my toddler loves it.
