Recently bought 3 bikes from Richard at Launch Bikes. From start to finish, Richard has really looked after us, from having a deal ££ and saving us money. He dealt with the cycle to work scheme efficiently, and has been extremely professional. I had a slight technical issue with one of the bikes, which was arguable whether it was a warranty issue or not, but fair play to Rich, he fixed the bike as goodwill and no charge. I popped in to this shop when visiting the town, as I had a serious issue with my emtb, Richard went out of his way to fix my bike overnight, even removing a part from his own bike. Very pleased with the service. Thanks Richard Ps there's a cafe nextdoor gorgeous breakfast.

Completely bailed us out when we turned up with a very broken back wheel. Beyond repair, Richard quickly sorted us out a hire bike (also available for purchase if you are quick!) which meant we could get home. Brilliant service and much appreciated 👏
