I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The team is warm, friendly, and genuinely honest. You can immediately tell they truly care about their customers. The vans are exceptionally well maintained and in top condition. Skip the big name franchises and go with this team instead. You will get better service and a personal touch that makes you feel like family. Highly recommended!
We had an excellent experience with this mini bus rental company! The buses were in great condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Absolutely fantastic. We hired a 12 seat minibus and trailer for a long golf weekend at Barnbougle. Airport pickup was seamless, van was exactly what 12 golfers needed, the return process was easy. As we arrived at the airport, Jetstar (see my separate very much less positive review of them) cancelled our flight and we were forced to stay in Launceston. Could not recommend Launceston Mini Bus Rentals enough ! Catharine was so lovely and helped make and the entire family trip so much more enjoyable. The bus's were very clean and we felt super safe driving all over Tasmania. So easy and streamline with airport transfers the entire process really made the trip and we will be using these guys anytime we come down there !
Highly recommended. Catherine and Christine were so lovely and we will definitely be using their services again in the future.
