I travel often, and this place has a consistent ring of unfriendliness and impracticality, which is surprising and disappointing for a small town tbh. The self check in being 1.5 hours before your flight is unacceptable, and the lack of care, basic facilities or even adequate seating on top of this while you wait is just so poor. There needs to be far more thought around customers needs and an improvements made to the basic functionality of this place.
