Didn't do my taxes. Strung me along for about two months, I had to proactively call him about 30 times over the course of two months. At least 15 times he said that I was his highest priority and he'd get my taxes done by the next day. Or that my case was on the top of his desk. But he simply never did my taxes, I had to pay a tax penalty. Run away and don't do business with him.
