Our first experience with this firm has not been overly positive. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The estate we were working on seemed pretty simple and other sources indicated it should have only taken a year to a year and a half to settle. Instead the process dragged on for three and half years. Communication from the firm was a major problem. Many times we needed to contact the firm and ask what the next steps were.
