My wife went to have her hair done at Lattouf Cherrybrook and arrived home in tears. The colour used was not mentioned or even discussed before they (Cassandra) applied it. The service my wife received does not justify the price tag. As a husband trying to surprise his wife with a pampering session, it did not yield the result I was after and I would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.
