I'm very surprised to find so many great reviews here since my experience was unpleasant and my (electric) guitar came back with a completely non-operational tone knob, which was half the reason I brought it in, and it wasn't cheap! Latanze was unfriendly and dismissive, like he was kind of put out that I had some business for him. The other guitarist in my band had the exact same experience with him, but guitar repair people are hard to find so he tried anyway. Maybe two bad days since so many reviews are so positive?
