If I could give 0 stars I would have. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Never showed up for my ride at the scheduled time. Completely had to reschedule and miss a VERY IMPORTANT appointment. No communication of ANY type on their behalf. I tried calling to get updates and got no answer, just a voicemail. If you're using your insurance for rides I HIGHLY advise you request an alternative company aside from Latrikunda Transportation. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

If you can't have the honor to answer your phone why are you in business? I'm canceling my Dr appointment which I had for almost 4months,and will probably be another 4 to get in again!

The company was assigned to take me to a dr. appointment. I called day before could not reach them for an E.t.a for my ride. Calling the morning of my appointment. Still no answer. I had to cancel my my dr appointment.

These people left me stranded twice for almost two hours in front of a business that was closed and I'm disabled. They don't care at all they just say is there anything else I can help you with. Yes, learn how to run a business creep. I was scheduled with them again and knew it was going to be messed up so I called my insurance and no one would change the company so I was stuck and thought ok well they get another chance I guess.
