Latitude was amazing from start to finish. The team was super helpful at every step of the way and clearly communicated timelines and expectations. We needed a medical evac plane for a friend to be transported from Dominican Republic to NY, and they were extremely accommodating and efficient. Latitude made the whole transportation seamless and worry free from the hospital in DR to the hospital in NY. I would like to say thank you from my family to the team at Latitude. You guys are the best in air ambulance in the word. They transported my grandmother who had a stroke/pneumonia and septic shock from Haiti to Laval Canada on 7/26/24. The team who transported her were so caring, and professional. They were on time and kept us updated throughout. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you to Dorothy, Shannon , and the rest of the team. May God bless and protect you guys!!!!!
