Scoring only a one since there is no lower rating. Yes, they have good equipment and bikes. However, there repair shop is terrible. I took a new bike in for a shift adjustment. When I picked it up there was a long deep gouge in the frame that was NOT there when it was dropped off. They lied about it and denied doing any damage. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BIKE DO NOT GO HERE!
