We have a case open and get services from them but it’s always frustrating to get in contact with one of the representatives or the lawyers. It’s a bit annoying at this point and we’re thinking of just going somewhere else with our case. They have a new phone greeting system which they should consider adding office hours!! It’s so fricken annoying trying to get info on your case and not have access to talk to any of them! Then the ladies up front need to communicate better. It’s so fricken annoying. Zero stars!
