Hello everyone I need to rate this company as one of the worst I ever came across. I gave this company my business for 2 years and when I went back for the 3rd year I had a terrible Tax rep. give me a nasty attitude because I asked her if there was any charges for requesting an extension, plus I had to wait for 4 hours in the lobby before I was seen. I called the manager the next day to tell her my experience and she did not want to hear it. I assume they must have plenty of business to be treating their customers the way th... read more
