ZERO stars if I could. I normally do my own taxes but when I got married in 2017, my husband convinced me to starting working with Pilar since she did his taxes for several years before then. Pilar forgot to file an entire W-2 for us which we are now paying back $19,600 in penalty (we've already paid several thousand back). We called, emailed, texted dozens of times to get it fixed and she ghosted us. Even now, she's unreachable. Avoid her at all costs otherwise she'll take your money and screw you over.
Pilar de Valle sent someone else's tax return refund to my bank account. Her so called mistake caused a lot of problems. I had to spend a lot of time closing my bank account and opening another one. I also returned the other person's tax return refund back to the IRS before closing my bank account. She also sent another tax return refund belonging to the same person to my bank account, but I closed it before I received it. I don't trust her. From now on I will be doing my own taxes on TurboTax.
