As far as getting taxes done its a great place,however the customer service is pretty poor i called in to get help with some very important papers and one of the tax preparers said she would call me back in 5 minutes and never did and to my surprise she must have been in hurry come 5:00 pm closeing time...i hope i have better luck next time.
I recomend everyone who needs help with tax returns to go see them. Great service and very knowledgable employees.
