I don’t recommend their services. From the start I could tell that the preparer didn’t know what he was doing. They messed up our taxes and didn’t do out deductions correctly which in turn led to many letters from the county, state, and IRS requesting to collect more payments different from what as discussed at this place. Previous tax years we’ve never had this issue and we don’t even make a lot of money. Never coming back here. Worst mistake we’ve made.
Didn’t file my taxes correctly. Didn’t care to include all of my deductions to get a maximum refund. I went to a different tax preparer and they did an amendment to my 2022 tax return and I got $1500 extra back in returns! If you are a home owner you get deduction/credit for replacing HVAC, putting a new roof in your house getting or new doors or windows. None of which they told me about.
