I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and have always had a positive experience. Everyone I’ve met has been warm, welcoming and professional and I’ve always been treated with genuine care and kindness. I’ve always felt comfortable, respected and looked after. I’m really grateful for the kindness and warmth I’ve been shown over my time coming here. It’s a lovely environment with genuinely lovely people, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
I booked a 30-minute massage, but it was over in just 15 minutes. That is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I paid for a full 30-minute session and did not receive the service I booked. This is very unprofessional, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
