Worse place to go for treatment. Change doctor every week. Every time I have to wait over 3 to 4hrs to be seen. No star at all
My insurance limits which Primary Care doctors that I can see, so I had very few options for doctors. Urgent Care will accept clients at the level where you are under special circumstances. The staff doctors and nurses were well-trained and real sympathetic to my needs.
Waited over 2.5 hours to be seen. Clinic wasn't even crowded. The receptionist was incompetent and I had to sit and listen her get training on how to staple ppw.
In the past I've had good experiences, but today was a different story. The last time that I visited Lathrop Urgent Care, they closed at 7:00. Well they have apparently changed their hours, but there is no closing time on the door at all. At about 5:03 I walked in with my sick child and, lightly knocked on the glass because it was closed. I came to town and was very sick. My mom and my husband found this Urgent care center in the Yellow Pages. We called to see if we could get in. We had been traveling (live in So Cal) and we were in Lake Havasu City on Saturday in which I used their Urgent Care Center but was only given medicine for my eyes. By Monday evening when I arrived in Manteca and was even worse. They took me in and I saw Dr. Anslinger PA. I was diagnosed and given a shot and 4 medications.
