It’s really hard to know where to start… from the onset, L&S has went above and beyond to help me build my custom boots! And the finished product is simply spectacular! It’s like jumping behind the wheel of a Porsche and after driving a covered wagon. I will sing the praises of L&S anytime someone asks me what boots to buy! Just Amazing!
kind of a scammy, rip-off place. super rude on the phone as well when i told them the rebranded boots and their house brand insoles were not working good. the insoles are just flat pieces of gel, nothing special. they claim a money back guarentee but in reality they are not going to honor that. they made me eat the cost of the useless insoles, which was like a 100+$. go to REI, you get some decent help and you can return the boots with no problem for a year. after the fiasco with this place, i bought some kennetreks, which w... read more
James and his team have been workshopping fit with me for over a year. When the first boot system ultimately didn't work out, they started over, purchasing all new components without charging me extra. The $1,000+ fee was steep, especially considering that the pair I've ended up with still don't fit great, but I know that it is a steal for how many hours they have spent shipping, adjusting, and researching what are, ultimately, limited options based on last length and width. Great boots. I have a very high volume foot and Steve and his team solved my problems. The custom boot program was amazing, I just recently ordered a second pair in the “warm” model. I spend all season in Colorado hunting elk in the mountains. These have been the best boot I’ve worn.
